Praxis in cooperation with an international training provider has recently provided a solution for Zimbabwe students that experience low or intermittent connectivity to access e-learning materials through the customize and deployment of an offline learner management system. Students can now access all e-resources  and interactive materials without going online and only access bandwidth to upload work or attend online webinars as required.
